Last night House Republican Leadership turned its back on millions of Americans impacted by Superstorm Sandy by failing to put the Senate supplemental bill up for a vote.
"The failure of House Republican Leadership to put the Sandy Supplemental to a vote is politics at its worst. The people impacted by Superstorm Sandyare not Democrats or Republicans - they are Americans, and they need the federal government's help. We will not let up in our fight until all those impacted by Sandy receive the aid they need." - Mario Cilento President NYS AFL-CIO

The New York Congressional Delegation is united in demanding that the Hurricane victims be treated with respect by Republican Congressional Leaders.
